AirAsia inspires young female talents through its #GirlsCanDoAnything campaign, where 30 female Engineering students from Eleventh College (University Putra Malaysia) were invited for a special sharing session with AirAsia Allstars at the travel3Sixty° 10th Anniversary Carnival.

The sharing session aims to expose the girls to the world of aviation, to educate and empower them to pursue their own dreams. Three AirAsia Allstars were present to share their inspiring career journey during the sharing session, which includes Jessica Lee Suk Jin, Senior First Officer; Nur Husnina Ismail, Licensed Aircraft Engineer and Nurul Aishah Mohd Jafri, Crewing Duty Executive.

Started in 2016, the #GirlsCanDoAnything campaign is a women empowerment initiative led by Aireen Omar, AirAsia’s Chief Executive Officer. To date, the campaign has inspired more than 500 girls and is also supported by the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development.
